The LAB Movement

Liz is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. Her goal is to help clients create a practice that’s sustainable and fulfilling through Pilates, HIIT, strength training, cardio, or any combination of these. She believes variety is the spice of life when it comes to routines for each program on the mat. Off the mat, she enjoys time volunteering for her child’s school and finding healthy lifestyle options for the whole family.

Services

The LAB offers total body fitness classes virtually, which can be done in the comfort of your own home or anywhere with WIFI and minimal equipment. One-on-one training is available virtually or in-person. You can even grab some friends and host a private group session.

We focus on total body fitness - using your own body weight and minimal equipment. Such as free weights, resistance bands, and everyday items you can find in your own home. You’ll target the heart rate with cardio, strengthen your core with balance exercises, and build muscle with power moves like push-ups and squats.

Each person is different and unique. One-on-one training helps identify your personal fitness goals, and a specific program is designed just for you. I will guide and motivate you to achieve your goals, moving safely & effectively.
